First, park the excavator on a level surface, use the front working device to lift the side where the motor needs to be removed, rotate the track to locate the active nitrate, and place it in a convenient disassembly position.
Then loosen the grease valve, release the grease from the tensioning cylinder, and tighten the grease valve.
Next, level the excavator, remove the active nitrate, take off the track, lift the machine on the same side again, attach the vacuum pump, turn on the switch, remove the motor cover plate, disconnect the four oil pipes on the motor, and plug all of them. Remove the connectors on the motor and plug them. Secure the motor with a lifting strap and pre-tighten.
Then remove all the fixed bolts between the motor and the track, and take the motor off the track frame. If it is tight when removing, you can use a hammer to lift it while tapping.
To replace the motor, simply reverse the entire process.
