The bridge inspection vehicle, modified from the China National Heavy Duty Truck T5G chassis, is equipped with a German MAN technology engine, a German MAN technology disc brake front axle, and a MAN technology lightweight rear axle. The chassis system is intelligently equipped with ABS, ASR (anti-slip regulation), and EBL (electronic brakeforce distribution) braking systems. Compared to similar products, this bridge inspection vehicle has advantages such as lighter weight, reliable safety performance, strong load capacity of the operation platform, wide range, and high efficiency.

Remarks: Equipped with a 5800+1350mm wheelbase, the side and rear protection are welded using Q235 material. The rear protection cross-sectional dimensions (mm) are 120×60, and the ground clearance of the rear protection is 490mm. The chassis comes with an ABS system, and the ABS controller is produced by WABCO (Shanghai) Management Co., Ltd., model 4460046300. This vehicle is a specialized vehicle used for the inspection, maintenance, and repair of various large and medium-sized bridges. Its structure mainly consists of a secondary chassis, frame platform, primary rotation, main boom, flip frame, vertical arm, secondary rotation, small turntable, and telescopic arm. An optional cab can be installed with the chassis.

1.       Training

  1. Our factory will arrange for a senior engineer to conduct group training, covering both theoretical learning and practical operation.
  2. After completing the theoretical and practical training, participants should meet the factory’s technical requirements:
  • First, understand the basic theory, performance, and functions of the specialized vehicle.
  • Second, be able to operate the vehicle proficiently according to procedures.
  • Third, be capable of troubleshooting common technical issues.

2.       Spare parts

  1. From the date of delivery to the customer, within normal usage, free repairs are provided for up to 10,000 kilometers or within one year (excluding wear parts and electrical components). After one year, only the cost of parts will be charged, excluding wear parts.
