- Hangcha Group announced on September 18th its plan to establish Hangcha Malaysia Limited in Malaysia with a registered capital of 2 million US dollars, holding 100% of the company’s shares. At the same time, the company plans to establish Hangcha Group Thailand Manufacturing Company in Thailand with a registered capital of 20 million US dollars, also holding 100% of the shares.
- It is forecasted that the import of Russian construction machinery will increase by nearly 8% in 2024, with over 150 construction machinery brands from China, compared to only 37 brands in 2022.

- Tadano of Japan announced a cash acquisition of Manitex International, a U.S. manufacturer of truck-mounted cranes, boom trucks, and specialized industrial equipment, for approximately 223 million US dollars, including 112 million US dollars in net debt. In May 2018, Tadano acquired a 14.9% stake in Manitex International for 32 million US dollars.
